Stumbled across this. Thought it was funny. Warning: Language!

It's in a loop and really funniest if seen from the beginning. Let it loop through.

I love those animations where they take the pictures out of context and add new lines (sic) to them ...
This is a really good one []

So why didn't you link it years ago, Ney?

Though if you had, I wouldn't have gotten the much-needed injection of humour this morning.

Where did those pics of Boromir at Minas Tirith come from? Not to mention his hanging on the flagpole like at a gay-rally?

Woah, finally watched it the whole way through and it is not the same as the one I was thinking of. Longer, for starters!

Pretty sure the Boromir shots all came from one of the extended scenes. A couple might have been photoshopped...

I would hate to think Boromir did that in the EE, but I don't think it was photoshopped; the only photoshopping done here was addition of text.

Yup, he hangs on the flag on top of some ancient building I think at Osgiliath (symbolizing their conquest of the city) in the extended edition of, I think, ROTK.

It starts from a dramatic setup of Faramir flashing back to a year or so ago, and he watches his brother rally the 'people of Gondor', but then Boromir comes down and they embrace [] , but Denethor makes some assholish quip like "if only Faramir were half as good" or something, then Boromir sticks up for him, etc... then Boromir and Denethor go behind a corner and Boromir is put to the task of getting the ring.

Pretty useless, imo. Hence, extended. (although I'd be cool with not watching it ever.)

Eh, they stuck it in to show the brothers together and further cement Denethor as a douche. Not particularly necessary and hence cut from the theatrical, but a nice addition.

More like gratuitous. Denethor didn't choose Boromir over Faramir-- and he certainly wouldn't do it in secret; rather he was going to give the quest to Faramir, but Boromir put himself forward and insisted on being the one.

However PJ had a Viagra-3 class hardon for hating Denethor-- equal to Spielberg's hatred of Germans, but for some reason that makes PJ the Massengil Man, not Denethor.

Lol, love the part where you see Boromir climbing the mountain in the distance. Or rather, his "speech bubbles" going upward. []

I've got one too:
http://files.myopera.com/AMGala/albums/200326/Walk%20Into%20Mordor.gif

I also once heard a few amusing lines from the subtitles of some LOTR-pirate copy. I copied some down, lemme paste em:
quote:
Saruman to Gandalf: "Tell me friend, who and when has smashed your brains out?" (From: "The love to the Shire has clearly slowed your mind").
quote:
Aragorn: Grab the boat and continue on foot!
The webmaster's comment to that: "Aye, we’re gonna carry our boats to Mordor!"

quote:
"Middle Earth stands on the blink of destruction."
Webmaster's comment: "And since Sauron's an eye, this is really bad..."
