That Mirkwood one is definitely from Middle Earth Role Playing. Back in the day, we used to buy ICE / MERP modules and use their maps for Dungeons & Dragons campaigns. It seems someone is trying to put all the MERP maps together into one supermap, but my browser isn't opening it correctly. I wonder if this project is related.

This is my opinion too, as I saw, on several of the maps, non Tolkienian names. Sorry, but that's a wrong idea to have that in the Reference material

These maps would be misleading. I'm not well enough informed about all the ME geography, and would have thought that those names that I didn't recognise, would be from some HoME volume I hadn't read yet, or would be some detail I had missed.
