I was not entirely sure on where to post this, but I think it will be suitable here.
So, I have now been a member on this forum for at least 3 months and I was just wondering why nearly every time I come here, theres always about 3 members online and lots of guests. Just before i wrote this post there were 17 guests.
So my question is, why don't all the guests just become members because:
1) It would be good to get some new members (from what i read, MT was once far more active than it currently is, new members would help). 2) Surely they would bbing further knowledge/disscussions/questions/answers to the MT foum. 3) It's not particularly hard to become a member.

You're probably seeing more citizens than true guests. It's just that many never log in unless they are actually posting.
If you go in and click to post something you have to log in first and you then fill out your post. But, if you were you to click logout immediately after clicking "add reply," then MT will never register you in the citizen list as being here.
