Ah! Besides I'm not much of a musical singer (I won't bore you with the details but the techniques of musical singing are rather different from pop singing) or a dancer I'm way too young to play Maria. I'm only 19 - I'd be more of a Liesl.
[] I'd very much like to play Liesl.

MTV short - two people playing There's No Limit by 2 Unlimited on glass harps.

Just... insanity FTW!

Focus performs "Hocus Pocus" live.

If you know the original or the Helloween cover version, you may be shocked that this one is about three times faster than any of the album recordings.

[] Love it!! Can't believe how fast that is! [] My heart rate doubled just listening! Is there some sort of rule that anyone in a rock band that plays a flute has to be nuts? That guy reminds me of Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull []

This is Snatch Wars, an hilarious remix of Star Wars with the voice of Brick from Guy Ritchie's Snatch playing Darth Vadar.

Very foul mouthed, but very funny

Hocus Pocus is pretty well known, but I've never listened to any of their other stuff. After seing that however I've enlisted my friendly neighborhood hacker to find some old Focus stuff so I can give it a listen!

This song is more about the mollah regime and rigged elections (the pictures tell a lot...). They have another song which deals with gay rights, in the context of President Ahmadinejad telling the world some time ago that there were "no homosexuals in Iran". Homosexuals in Iran (usually men, because lesbians are not as easy to detect in such a society) are hanged if they are caught.
This one deals with women and gay rights.

Edit: and yes, the language is Farsi, of course.

Check out WHO2. These 4 guys are performing Who songs, especially the TOMMY album for the 40th anniversary.

Also look at Terrible Tim. Look for the Jay Miller song. Hysterical!

An a capella version of Toto's Africa on stage by Perpetuum Jazzile. If you think you'd prefer not to listen to it, at least check it out for the beginning and see how they do rain and thunder! Very cool.

If you haven't seen these yet, you simply must. They will make you LOL for hours. I've watched one of these like 10 times and am still not tired of it.

Auto-Tune the News

It makes fun of all the rap songs that auto-tune everything. And their production value is actually really high on these videos. Great use of green-screen technology... and of course, auto-tune. []

Here's a few of my favorites:

Auto-Tune the News #2: Gay Marriage, Pirates

Auto-Tune the news #5: lettuce regulation xD
"It's not the nicotine that kills. It's the smooooooke" xD

Auto-tune the news #8: Made in America, Michael Vick, Geese
